How does it work?
Add subscribable products to you cart to schedule regular deliveries of our best selling products. Products we offer on subscription can be found here: https://www.cosabella.com/collections/subscriptions
Will I receive a discount on deliveries?
Yes. Products delivered as part of a subscription are discounted (percentage varies by product) and has no delivery charge.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes you can skip a delivery. Login to your account and look for the subscriptions button; this will take you to the subscriptions portal where you can choose to skip a delivery.
Can I change the day a subscription is delivered?
Yes. Login to your account and look for the subscriptions button; this will take you to the subscriptions portal where you can choose the next delivery date.
How do I cancel the subscription?
You can cancel the subscription by first logging into your account. Look for the subscriptions button; this button will take you to the subscriptions portal where you may cancel the subscription.
Can I change the payment method for a subscription?
Yes. Login to your account and look for the subscriptions button. The subscription button will take you to the subscription portal where you can change the payment method associated with a subscription.
Can I change the delivery address of a subscription?
Yes. Login to your account and look for the subscriptions button. The subscription button will take you to the subscription portal where you can change the delivery address associated with a subscription.
How do I return a subscription product
Products delivered by a subscription can be returned in the same way as a regular order. See our return policy for more information. All packs must be returned complete.
