Returns Policy

Customers purchasing from the EU have a 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase, starting from the day you receive your goods, without needing to provide a reason. This includes final sale products.
International customers can only return products for a refund; exchanges are not allowed.
Return fees in the amount of EU: $15 / NON-EU: $35 will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: All returns or exchanges must have a return form and number. Instructions are noted below.

  1. Only garments in original condition with tags intact will be accepted. Items must be in pristine, visibly unworn condition, free of any staining (including makeup, deodorant, or lotion marks). For hygiene reasons, all panties and bodysuits must be tried on over personal underwear.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is received worn, damaged, or does not comply with our policies. In the instance that a return is received in unacceptable condition, your return will be canceled, the item will be shipped back to you and you will be charged the shipping costs.
  3. Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the day of delivery. This period is extended to 6 weeks for purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  4. Returns/exchanges are processed within 10 business days, after they are delivered in our warehouse.
  5. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, minus the return fee. If a gift card is used, the credit will be issued back to the gift card. Please note that rewards, credits and promotional discounts are not included in refunds.
  6. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
  7. Full price panties can be returned for store credit only. No refunds are allowed. Panties that do not adhere to hygiene will be refused.
  8. Select promotional events may be designated as Final Sale. While items are typically identified accordingly, the absence of a Final Sale designation does not guarantee eligibility for return. Items purchased during designated Final Sale promotions are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  9. Discontinued styles, including garments no longer available on our website at the time of return processing, are not eligible for refund. Such items may be eligible for store credit only, issued at our discretion.
  10. All sale items are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.
  11. Vouchers, codes, and gift cards purchased outside Cosabella.com are nonrefundable and purchases made with them are valid for exchanges only.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Click here to Start a Return.
  2. Type in your Order # and email address (email address must be the same used to place the original order).
  3. Select the items(s) to be returned.
  4. Original packing list must be included with return item(s).
  5. Print the return label from the returns portal and place it on your package.

Please re-use the same shipping package to ensure a safe return.
