Shipping and Returns

All orders are processed within 2 business days from receipt; orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day (excludes weekends and holidays). Orders placed after Friday 12 p.m. EST are processed on or before the following Tuesday.

For customers within the continental U.S. please allow up to 5 business days after order was shipped for delivery. (shipping times are an estimate window from shipper and are not guaranteed, they could be subject to change without notice.) Expedited shipping services are available.

If an item becomes out of stock, we will notify you if and when the item will be available prior to shipping your order.

Expedited Orders are shipped the same day the order is received; orders received after 12 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day. No PO boxes.

Cosabella applies a $7 return fee for items returned for refund. Returns for store credit and exchanges are complimentary.
Once your return request is submitted, a prepaid return shipping label will be available to print at the end of the return authorization process.
A complimentary exchange label is provided for the first exchange within an order. For any additional exchanges from the same order, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Please note: All returns or exchanges must include the original packing list.
Return instructions are noted below.

1. Only garments in original condition with tags intact will be accepted.  
2. Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the day of delivery. This period is extended to 6 weeks for purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
3. Items returned after 30 days may be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
4. Returns/exchanges are processed within 10 business days.
5. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, minus the $7 return fee. If a gift card is used, the credit will be issued back to the gift card. Please note that rewards, credits and promotional discounts are not included in refunds.
6. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
7. All sale item(s) are valid for exchange only, non-refundable for US orders. Merchandise discounted equal to or greater than 50% is designated Final Sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
8. Full price panties can be returned for store credit only. No exchanges and no refunds are allowed.
9. Domestic exchanges are shipped via ground free of charge, for the first exchange of every order.
10. Select promotional events may be designated as Final Sale. While items are typically identified accordingly, the absence of a Final Sale designation does not guarantee eligibility for return. Items purchased during designated Final Sale promotions are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
11. Discontinued styles, including garments no longer available on our website at the time of return processing, are not eligible for refund. Such items may be eligible for store credit only, issued at our discretion.
12. All sale item(s) are final sale and non-refundable for international orders. No exchanges.
13. Vouchers, codes, and gift cards purchased outside Cosabella.com are nonrefundable and purchases made with them are valid for exchanges only.
14. International returns fees: EU: $15 / NON-EU: $35

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS (US Only)

1. Click here to Start a Return or Exchange.
2. Type in your Order # and email address (email address must be the same used to place the original order). You can also initiate a gift exchange using the link underneath.
3. Select the items(s) to be returned.
4. Original packing list must be included with return item(s).
5. If available, use the return shipping label pre-printed on the front of your invoice to send back your return via USPS. You can also print a return label from the return portal or use the provided QR code at a USPS post office.

Please re-use the same shipping package to ensure a safe return.
