Cosabella applies a $7 return fee for items returned for refund. Returns for store credit and exchanges are complimentary.
Once your return request is submitted, a prepaid return shipping label will be available to print at the end of the return authorization process.
A complimentary exchange label is provided for the first exchange within an order. For any additional exchanges from the same order, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Please note: All returns or exchanges must include the original packing list.
Return instructions are noted below.
- Only garments in original condition with tags intact will be accepted.
- Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the day of delivery. This period is extended to 6 weeks for purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- Items returned after 30 days may be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Returns/exchanges are processed within 10 business days.
- All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, minus the $7 return fee. If a gift card is used, the credit will be issued back to the gift card. Please note that rewards, credits and promotional discounts are not included in refunds.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
- All sale item(s) are valid for exchange only, non-refundable for US orders. Merchandise discounted equal to or greater than 50% is designated Final Sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Full price panties can be returned for store credit only. No exchanges and no refunds are allowed.
- Domestic exchanges are shipped via ground free of charge, for the first exchange of every order.
- Select promotional events may be designated as Final Sale. While items are typically identified accordingly, the absence of a Final Sale designation does not guarantee eligibility for return. Items purchased during designated Final Sale promotions are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Discontinued styles, including garments no longer available on our website at the time of return processing, are not eligible for refund. Such items may be eligible for store credit only, issued at our discretion.
- All sale item(s) are final sale and non-refundable for international orders. No exchanges.
- Vouchers, codes, and gift cards purchased outside Cosabella.com are nonrefundable and purchases made with them are valid for exchanges only.

- Type in your Order # and email address (email address must be the same used to place the original order). You can also initiate a gift exchange using the link underneath.
- Select the items(s) to be returned.
- Original packing list must be included with return item(s).
- If available, use the return shipping label pre-printed on the front of your invoice to send back your return via USPS. You can also print a return label from the return portal or use the provided QR code at a USPS post office.
Please re-use the same shipping package to ensure a safe return.
